🐕 PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
✔️ Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- While we love dogs, we kindly ask that they stay off all beds and furniture. Any additional cleaning fees resulting from pet-related messes will be charged to the guest.


📝 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
Completed and signed the rental agreement
Valid government-issued identification
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $250 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)
