NEW King with Loft Beach Near Gulf

The Gulfport Getaway has a main bedroom with king size bed on the first floor. The Loft upstairs has a queen. There's one bathroom on the first floor with a shower and tub. Kitchen is well stocked and there's a peaceful patio to relax. Laundry room has a washer and dryer with ironing board with iron. The loft also has a desk and chair.

You'll be able to access the bedroom, loft, washing machine and dryer, kitchen are as well as the patio. There's 2 designated parking spots.

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($55) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.



Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

Early Check in - $15/hour (up to 3 hours)

Late Check out - $15/hour (up to 3 hours)
