I would not stay here. The property was not clean or guest-ready upon arrival.There was a very unpleasant odor throughout the townhome that appeared to be covered up with heavy use of air fresheners. Multiple deodorizer spray bottles were left out, which made it clear this was an ongoing issue rather than a one-time concern.Cleanliness was a major problem. There were two used sponges left in the kitchen sink, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, and there were visible layers of dust on surfaces, including the backs of the TVs.The back gate to the community was also left wide open, and we were told it was being worked on. There was a noticeable amount of activity in the area, which did not feel secure.I was hosting other guests and could not stay under these conditions—it was honestly embarrassing. We left immediately and had to find alternative accommodations.The owner issued only a small partial refund, which did not reflect the situation.I am surprised there are not more comments regarding cleanliness, as this was a significant issue. I would strongly encourage future guests to look closely at recent reviews and not rely solely on the rating.
