« Friendly staff all around, well kept property and beautiful view. Great options for family activities all around. Cottage had everything we needed, and then some. »

« The rooms are very comfortable having a nice sitting area with a comfy couch, table, and versatile ottoman’s that you could either sit at a nesting table or prop up your feet on. There are two tv’s in separate rooms too. At the present time, there really is no choice of outside parking, only valet. There are plenty of restaurants and beach access in walking distance from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. »

« The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip! »

« I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

« I definitely will be back.. Staff was friendly and nice.. This place was convenient and close to everything. I enjoy the free breakfast, laundry and the different amenities that offer! This is my 1st choice from now on when I visit orange beach. The room was awesome and came with everything you need for a trip. »

« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »

« Breakfast was great! Eggs and waffles are the main events. We loved the walk-ability of the property. We were able to walk to the beach, multiple dinner places, Rouses, Publix, Starbucks, and Dell’s for Ice Cream! »
