Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom featuring a custom-tiled walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Two Full-size beds—ideal for couples or teens sharing a room.
Bedroom 3 & Bedroom 4: Each room includes two Twin-over-Full bunk beds—perfect mirror layouts for groups, sleeping 6 in each room.
Living Room: Two queen-size sleeper sofas offer additional accommodations for up to 4 guests, along with plenty of seating space.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and seating for 8 at the oversized island—ideal for gathering.
Dining Area: Spacious table with seating for 10, perfect for group meals or game nights.
Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom, plus two additional half baths for added guest convenience.
Elevator: Makes moving between floors a breeze for guests of all mobility levels.
Parking: Room for up to 6 vehicles.

Dog Policy: Max 2 dogs allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee required (not included in reservation price). Please notify us if bringing your pup.
Golf Cart Rental: 6-seater available for $100/day for the full reservation. Contact us to add to your stay. Lost key replacement fee is $100.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Six (6) vehicles maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
