The primary suite is on the main level is a true indulgence, featuring a private balcony, king-size bed, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom rain shower and luxe finishes. Upstairs the second master features the same as the primary including a walk-out deck. The final bedroom provides equally inviting space ensuring every guest enjoys comfort and style.

NOTE: As of June 2025, the next door neighbors have broken ground on building their beach vacation home. Construction noise could affect guest stay for several months until home is fully built. We are not able to control this but giving notice.

Snowbird-friendly and long term (1 month+) are considered. Please inquire for special monthly, mid-stay rates.

HOUSE RULES:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking. No parties.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $175 "damage/management fee" that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
Relax & Enjoy Stay: It's vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under our Waivo insurance policy!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Andrea’s Precise Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

As a small local business, RPM Rentals is committed to making sure our guests have the very best vacation experience!! We make check-in super easy and we guarantee our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have direct access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! We are local and we can offer the best insights to local restaurants and fun activities for all ages of the family. We look forward to helping you have the most wonderful vacation possible!!!
-Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property.

-No pets are welcome in this home. No other service animals are allowed without prior approval from the Host. Discovery of pets at property will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

- No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the premises. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the house, and no refund.
