Come enjoy our beautiful Gulf front condominium on the twelfth floor of the Catalina building at the Beach Club! This is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit that sleeps 6 guests. This renovated condo is non-smoking and features a large private balcony offering expansive Gulf views visible from the patio, master bedroom, and living room areas.

Perfect for dining and fully equipped. The kitchen boasts full-size appliances and granite countertops, ideal for meal preparation with coffee maker and blender. It includes all essential cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. Adjacent, a front-load washer/dryer adds convenience. This condo amenities feature free WiFi, three flat-screen TVs with DVD players. The king master bedroom opens to a private balcony and includes a private bathroom with a separate vanity area. Additional sleeping arrangements include a guest bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Complete with its own washer/dryer.

The Beach Club Resort
This is the best place to stay in the area, perfect for families and guests of all ages. Surrounded by water, guests enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and beautiful Mobile Bay from the front door. The resort comprises four condo buildings, each with its own pool and hot tub. A full restaurant and bar overlooks the stunning white sand beach. Additionally, the property features larger-than-life checker and chess boards, tennis courts with a pro shop, basketball courts, beach volleyball, playground, and a village market offering basic needs and groceries, as well as a great lunch spot. Explore historic Ft. Morgan and play golf at one of the three 18-hole courses within a 10-minute drive.

Rentals: Two loungers, an umbrella and small table are available to rent for $50.00 per day. You may bring your own beach chairs and canopies, but there are designated areas for placement and must be removed each night. Para-sailing and other beach activities are available through the clubhouse and are offered seasonally when weather permits.

***Guests of Catalina 1206 do NOT have access to the Clubhouse and its specific amenities. They DO have access to the Catalina pool and hot tub(No charge), as well as the tennis courts, spa, shopping, and restaurants(for a fee)***
