Para sail, boat, fish, snorkel, paddle board, and do every other waterfront activity imaginable. After playing on the beach, explore historical landmarks, tour downtown and find local eateries, and discover family friendly attractions. Play a few rounds on the top-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course, or challenge your loved ones to some rounds of tennis on the nearby courts.

Inside you'll find a bright interior and welcoming air throughout. Gather around the comfortable furniture and enjoy good conversations or host a movie night on the TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard space you'll ever need and a long breakfast bar that sits at least five. With four bedrooms and eleven beds, there are plenty of places to rest your head from the day's activities. Kids will love bunking together and making memories in the bunk beds that they'll remember forever. Sip your morning coffee on the patio and bask in the Gulf of Mexico sunrise reflecting on the water, feeling your cares melt away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
