The Space:

Dani’s Dixie Delight is the south residence of a Gulf Shores duplex, offering enough room for families, friends, pet owners, and seasonal guests to settle in comfortably.

• Primary bedroom with a queen bed

• Secondary bedroom with a queen bed

• Bunk room with a triple bunk consisting of one double and two twin beds

• Dedicated private laundry in a finished, conditioned space below the residence



The bright interior combines playful coastal details with comfortable, practical spaces. The bunk room and sleeper sofas give family groups flexibility, while the full kitchen, three bathrooms, private laundry, and multiple gathering areas make the home easier to enjoy during longer stays.



Outside, guests can relax on the covered deck or enjoy the ground-level gathering space, outdoor bar area, outdoor TV, private grill, firepit, outdoor shower, and open yard.



Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagons are provided to make trips to the sand easier.



Guests traveling with pets will also have access to a dedicated dog run, kennel area, dog water dishes, and a dog splash pool. Because the full lot is not enclosed, pets must remain supervised outside the designated secured areas.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Dani’s Dixie Delight, which occupies the south side of the duplex, along with the outdoor spaces and amenities included with the rental.



The north side is reserved for the owner’s private use and is not included with this booking. The two sides are arranged to give guests a comfortable sense of privacy throughout their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Dani’s Dixie Delight is located near West Beach Boulevard, between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon. The setting gives guests a relaxed Gulf Shores beach-house experience while keeping the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local activities within easy reach.



The location works especially well for longer stays. Guests can enjoy quiet mornings at home, walk to the beach, and remain close to the everyday conveniences needed for an extended visit.



Getting Around:

West 10th Street Public Beach Access is approximately a 4-minute walk from the home. Guests who would rather not walk may drive to the access point, where parking is available.



Restaurants, shopping, and other Gulf Shores attractions are best reached by car or ride-share.



Free on-site parking is available at the property.

• Rental Agreement and Guest Verification

After booking, you’ll need to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third party health and safety partner. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before check in, whichever time is earlier. If this does not work for you, we’re happy to offer a free cancellation.

• Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking outside of approved areas may result in additional charges and removal from the property.

• Age Requirement

Groups where all guests are under 25 years old are not permitted.

• Pet Friendly Home

This home is pet friendly, but the broader lot is not fully fenced. Pets should be supervised outside unless they are using the designated dog run or kennel. Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the full pet rules before booking. There is a separate pet rent that gets applied to stays with a pet. Some channels require this to be calculated and collected separately, so please contact us to confirm the final stay total if you have a furry friend that will be joining you.
