The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and large sliding glass doors that lead out to the expansive private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining table with seating for all guests, making it easy to gather for meals together.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a TV, and sliding glass doors with direct balcony access. The ensuite bathroom features a shower and tub combination. The second bedroom includes another king bed, a TV, and convenient ensuite access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
