Resting Beach Place – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)

This home offers everything you could want in a spacious beachfront getaway—and more! With a large living area, dining space for everyone, a game room, a theater room, and 11 bedrooms, each with a private bath, this home is perfect for large gatherings.

Beautiful Beachfront!

Our staff team enjoyed our stay during a local conference. Some of the rooms were a bit small, but it's a lovely house and we would stay again if we're ever back in the area.

Does not disappoint.

We stayed at this property last year and again this year. Your updates to some of the furnishings and bedding did not go unnoticed and were welcomed. This is a very nice property.

The Best House on the Beach

Great Beach House

Beautiful beach house, nice pool, could improve cleanliness, lots of remotes missing, upstairs air conditioning did not work for several days but did bring portable air conditioners that worked ok & gave partial refund, great location, lots of rooms but they’re small

WE HAD MAJOR ISSUES!!

Lol- This is not your average review! This is a great location but we had major issues during our stay. Due to how they handled our complaints, they will forever have our business because they went above and beyond to make it right. Even though those issues occurred, our family will continue to book with Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals!

Great for large groups

The kids loved the game room and the theater room. We needed maintenance for a tripped breaker. He came out in about 30 minutes to fix the issue. We hope to stay here again!

Golf Shores Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciated all of the free activities that this reservation came with! The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated the ice machine and three refrigerators! We appreciated that maintenance came daily to check the pool and make minor repairs. The company handling our stay was very responsive and quick to replenish supplies that were near empty when we arrived; we have never rented from this service and had already bought more supplies by the time the new ones arrived. Understanding what comes with the reservation (restocked supplies or at least fully stocked supplies) may have been helpful, but we also may not have seen it in the description. A Rumba and/or properly functioning vacuum would be nice for main level up keep during the week; the vacuum that was there did not pick up dirt (there was no brook or mop), might have been accidentally left out because it didn't really work and did not have any hoses.We would have appreciated a large trash can by the pool area and 2 bath towels per guest, as only one washer and one dryer worked. I think the cleaning service should have checked all TV/remotes to make sure they were working and refilled hand soap, etc. prior to our arrival. We had a big day planned on Tuesday and woke up to no hot water and no gas to cook; this of course changed our day and added additional stress & expenses that were not expected (33 people out to eat instead of planned breakfast at the house, rescheduling plans, etc.). All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend this company and place! Hopefully someone will reach out to discuss the propane issue and compensate us for the inconvenience!

Large kitchen, three refrigerators, double ovens, ice maker and plenty of seating. Stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups & glasses and silverware. We really enjoyed the game room with arcade games, pool table and shuffle board. Our favorite was the movie room. We watched movies every night and it was great on the rainy days. So many great things about this house I can’t list them all. Already planning on booking for next year.
