Welcome to Caribbean 501! This unit has recently been remodeled and offers a beautiful east corner Gulf-front balcony with BREATHTAKING Gulf Of Mexico Views! This unit is pet friendly and located on the 5th floor of the Caribbean complex. The Caribbean is the only complex in Gulf Shores that is beachfront and pet friendly, all other pet friendly condos are not on the beach!

Pet Friendly- One pet is included with a reservation. A 2nd pet can be added upon request for an additional $100 pet fee. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can adjust the pricing after the reservation is made.

The Caribbean is located 1.3 miles West of the Hangout. Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, ground level poolside bathrooms and this unit is pet friendly.

This 2BR/2BA unit features nine-foot ceilings and tile floors throughout.

The spacious living/dining area is equipped with a dining table for 4 people with additional seating at the bar, double sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, Smart TV and Dish satellite service.

The master suite is outfitted with a king bed, ceiling fan, a wall-mounted television, 2 nightstands, private water closet, jetted tub, walk-in shower and 2 vanities.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a wall-mounted television, and a ceiling fan.

The unit also boasts a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi access and a private balcony offering breathtaking Gulf views.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

1. check-in is 3pm | check-out is 9am.
2. no smoking or vaping in the condo! Smoking is only allowed on the unit balcony and in designated smoking areas throughout the complex

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Other things to note:
1. Guests will receive an email after the reservation is made to esign the rental agreement and provide a guest list. When completing the rental agreement a copy of the primary renters drivers license must be uploaded to the rental agreement. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until this has been completed. Reservations may be canceled, at our discretion, if this is not completed within 24 hours.

2. Guests will receive another email after the reservation is made for guests to provide a credit card to put on file so we can place a security deposit hold, in the amount of $500, on 3 days prior to the check in date. We are an API integrated owner so we collect our security deposit hold through our booking software, not through the Airbnb or VRBO site. Check in instructions and door codes will not be provided until a security deposit hold is successfully placed.

3. We offer a contactless check in. The door code and check in instructions will be emailed to you 3 days before arrival as long as all required information has been provided.

4. Minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years old. No 3rd party bookings allowed!

Our goal is to provide a 5-star property for all of our guests! If you need anything during your stay with us or if you have any questions we can help with feel free to reach out, I am happy to help!

1 parking pass is included with your reservation. 1 additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a 2nd parking pass so the cleaner can leave it there while she is there.

Per industry standard we supply a starter set that includes one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of hand soap in each bathroom, 1 dish washer tablet, one trash bag in each can, and 1 laundry detergent tablet is provided. This is intended to get you by until you get to the store to buy the supplies you need.

Condo was nice, but has roaches in kitchen and bathrooms turn on lights they scatter. Front Door sticks bad. Wakes others if you need to take pets out. 2nd bathroom shower does not work at all no way to even turn shower on. If it does work need instructions placed in bathroom. All had to use master shower. Property’s pool was very dirty never saw anyone clean it or the deck area around the pool so much sand around and in pool. We only went in pool once. Did see them test the pool water one time the whole time we were there. The pictures of the pool and the condos next door to the left was cleaned 2x’s while we were there. Contrast is striking between the two condo pools. The roaches are gross.

Place was as advertised. Great location to everything you need . There was even a dog park on the bay side that was worth the 5-8 min drive so our dogs could run and play in the water We had a wonderful time and will be staying again . No issues with condo it was clean and ready to go . Grounds were beautiful,

* stand alone glass shower was in one bedroom was small and leaked* towel bar in same, was barely hanging on wall* in both baths, used towel brushes were still there* dishes needed to be rewashed as they were greasy* previous tenants left wet towels in washer with lid down, so whole unit smelled bad upon arrival* washer lid was rusty* lint catcher in dryer was full of link and was torn so link came back onto clothes while drying* on the 'plus' side, management was attentive: came and repaired the towel bar; checked our thermostat (as it was doing strange things) and allowed me to throw out the old, used toilet brushes; granted us a late checkout by one hour* will likely not rent from this management firm again
