Itâs a great alternative to the high rise, elevator buildings across the street. Easy access to the beach with a deck accessible only to you. Very well done, lovely, quaint, cozy cottage. A two minute walk (three doors down) to a store with pretty much whatever you need in a pinch. That being next door to an ice cream shop, a seafood shop, a liquor store and a restaurant/bar with good food at decent prices. If you donât feel like getting in the hot car for nearby options, you really wonât need to! The bath vanity is painfully small but, again, itâs a cozy cottage so, not unexpected. The only odd thing to me was that there is NO evidence that anyone has ever prepared food there. Iâve rented a lot of places, from penthouses to bungalows and itâs the only one Iâve been in where you will not find ONE thing related to food. A half used roll of foil, disposable S&P shakers, random spices. If you do intend to cook (I didnât) just be aware that you will find adequate pans and dishes, but nothing else. I was fine with it, just found it odd. This property is a good value and not quite so âfussyâ as others in the area. Itâs a lovely beach cottage, and thatâs all itâs supposed to be!
