The fully equipped kitchen includes stone countertops, a dining table for 6, bar seating for 4, and additional bistro seating. A half bath and full-size washer/dryer complete the main level.

- Main Level: King suite with TV, private bath (double vanity + walk-in tile shower), and balcony access

Upper Level:
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower, and balcony access
- Bedroom 3: King bed + 2 Twin beds, TV, desk (sleeps 4)

- Twin bed in stair alcove + additional Twin in the cupola (sleeps 2 more)

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
