-Beach toys are not provided. Any beach toys brought by guests should be taken with guest at check-out
-Start-up amenities are not replenished during your stay
-Maximum six guests allowed.

This is a townhouse with two units. Both units have separate, private entrances. The units do share a laundry area that is located outside, downstairs. The laundry area has its own private entrance as well.

Please be advised that the driveway and the neighboring street tend to flood with heavy rains and this is outside of our control.

Travel insurance is recommended for hurricanes and other natural disasters. Travelers with insurance may be eligible for a refund. We will not refund due to said circumstances.

Be sure to grab any groceries or extra items you might need during your stay on your way in. Fort Morgan is a quiet area, but should you forget anything Sassy Bass Market and Dollar General are just down the street.

Start-up amenities provided are: toilet paper, 1 use paper towels, 1 use liquid dish soap, 1 use dishwasher soap, 1 use laundry detergent. All bath, bed, and kitchen linens are provided. You are required to bring any personal things you might need during your stay such as, but not limited to; any food and drink items, coffee filters/coffee, extra paper towels or toilet paper, napkins, hairdryers, toiletries, phone chargers, etc.

A reservation request may not be approved after 48 hours.

Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping, drug use, and illegal activity.

Rental agreement is required to be signed and will be sent after confirmation.

Loved the location. For 15 years straight we have stayed in downtown Gulfshores and this year wanted something different. Great for a small family and just a few minutes walk to a non crowded beach. Very little traffic on highway and almost no traffic on side road.

The house was awesome, the area is quite which we enjoy. The owners were very responsive when i had questions. The only thing I would suggest is new living room furniture. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend.

This property is perfect if you want to be on the Gulf with a short walk to the beach, surrounded by water, and away from the crowds. It is half of a duplex with another duplex next door, and though our neighbors were a bit older like us so they probably weren't noisy anyway, the only time we heard our neighbors was when they were coming or going (and hope it was the same for them as my husband is a loud talker). There was a small problem with the internet, but the owners were very responsive and got someone out to fix it right away. These are great owners who are committed to providing a pleasant, comfortable, and clean property for their guests.

I enjoyed the peaceful privacy of this quaint little beach house, much better than a high rise condominium. The location is convenient to the Fort Morgan State Road 180 and local attractions. Very clean bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen facilities were also clean, in good order, and suitable for home cooking.

Just as described, the property was as beautiful as its pictures. Quite a distance from the hussell and bussell but that’s why we picked it . Exactly 250 steps to the beach ( I counted) . Sugar white sand. Everything you could need at the property including a beach trolley and beach chairs. I would say you NEED to do a full shop before you get there as nearest shop is 20 mins drive away 
. But the drive is lovely. The owners answer any questions very quickly. The whole area felt very safe . Thankyou

The property was very nice and what needed for a short family trip. We had two young children (2 and 4) with us and had plenty of space. They loved the arcade machine! The walk to the beach was not terrible even with two young kids. We were also out enough that the beach wasn't crowded which is just what were looking for. We were still close enough to town to go do stuff in the evenings. We would stay again!

The house is perfect for 4-6 people. The location is great. It takes only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We definitely appreciated the access to a wagon and beach chairs.

Just what we needed. A short get away...away from the hustle and traffic of gulf shores but still close enough to gulf shores attractions to enjoy. Ethan and Brooklyn are amazing hosts. They want you to enjoy your stay at their property and give you lots of good information and insights about the area. Check in and check out was the easiest and quickest I've had at any place I've visited. They will reach out to make sure you are enjoying your stay and will go above and beyond to make sure it is everything you expected and more. Will definitely recommend to friends and plan another stay with them myself.
