This is a perfect spot for making family memories! There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, so every meal can be enjoyed there.

You and your family and friends will love the spacious living area in this condo and the VIEWS!!! There is balcony access from the living room and a flat screen tv. Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it and a new leather recliner and a new swivel chair for relaxing after a day at the beach! The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted tv for you to enjoy and balcony access for enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

This condo sleeps up to 6 people by using the NEW sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!
