You can enjoy the beach and the lagoon from this wonderful location! The community has 2 resort style swimming pools one with a hot tub!

The home has an open floor plan that combines the living, dining and kitchen into one great room. The kitchen has a large bar/island with seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for dining in!

You will love al of the modern appointments throughout the home, these include: upgraded stainless steel appliances; quartz counters in kitchen and all baths; 10' ceilings on main living level; plank flooring throughout entire home; custom cabinetry throughout; shiplap walls in living room; and more!

LOCATION
The West Beach area of Gulf Shores has a wonderful throwback beach town feel! Houses and duplexes line the 2-lane road for miles. Mixed in you will find small locally owned groceries and outstanding restaurants. The gulf and our famous beaches are easily accessible via numerous public beach access points. As well as public access points to Little Lagoon. A wonderful place to relax on the beach, fish the lagoon or Gulf, or explore on bike or foot!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
