House Rules & Important Guest Information No Smoking All properties are strictly non-smoking, including inside the home and on balconies or covered areas.
Age Requirement The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age, and a guest meeting this requirement must remain at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will result in cancellation without refund.
Entertainment & Streaming Smart TVs are provided throughout the home. Guests must log in using their own streaming service credentials. Please remember to log out prior to departure.
Parking & Arrival Notes There is ample parking available under the home and in the driveway, accommodating up to eight (8) vehicles, As well as space for a boat or trailer The garage can be accessed, but it is not available for guest parking. The owners do keep their personal vehicle parked inside the garage. Guests are welcome to use the carport-style parking under the house. There is also driveway space available for overflow parking. Please note there is an owner’s boat trailer parked under the house. After visiting the beach, please rinse off under the home to help keep sand out of the living spaces

The beachfront home may be rented or occupied by the homeowner, which is completely fine. The owner has granted permission for Lagoon Time guests to use this beach access, and the occupants are aware.
This access is reciprocal: guests at Dear Time may walk along the driveway of Lagoon Time, pass under the home, and use the path to access the lagoon.
Public Beach Option: The nearest public beach is West Beach Pass, located 2.8 miles east. Cross the bridge, turn left to park, then cross the street or walk under the bridge to reach the beach.
