We were on the bottom floor, but there was not access to the beach from the patio. The pool is out front, by the parking lot. Decor was nice. Bedrooms were very small. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, actually way too many. The drawers were cluttered with duplicates. I rewashed all of the glasses, plates, and silverware before we used them and cleaned the utensil drawer. It was pretty dirty. The center shelf of the cabinet was over loaded with heavy plates to the point of nearly collapsing. I moved some of the plates to the bottom shelf and tried to balance the weight so that it didn't break all the way. You don't really expect to have to do all of that in your vacation rental for a 4 night stay. The master bedroom needed a smaller chest and table since the room was so small. The drawers of the chest did not work properly. The television sat on top of the chest and was smaller than my laptop screen, maybe a foot wide. The hallway rug was very dirty.
