BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: No passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

It is a great house! The master suite and bathroom is huge, the house had everything you would need, I thought the pool was bigger but suited us all just fine!! My grandbabies loved the hammock swings under the porch! The wood boardwalk does need repaired, but house is Open concept! Plenty of common space for all! Loved the big sturdy table!! The Eagles nest was great, the perspective is awesome!! Needs new chairs up there! When I had to contact host, I forgot door code, they gave immediate help! We had a wonderful family vacation!!

The property itself was good! Everything was just like the pictures showed. The only issues we had was lack of communication. Within an hour of our arrival an HVAC service man showed up without us having a clue. We didn't know if it was legit or a scam. It would have been nice to have known he was coming. Next was the pool guy showing up in the morning without warning while i was still in my pajamas outside, once again a heads up would have been nice. And 3rd, I was outside when a guy came up to take the trash cans to the road. All of these may seem minor and we had no issues after the fact but knowing prior with just a simple text or schedule sent to us with a heads up would have been great. There was also a few other minor issues that if one is paying the amount of money that was, some would expect more. This would include needing three different door codes for the duration of the stay. One didn't work at all, the second work for about 24hrs. The last one worked until we left. The stay itself was great and we will be back. We'll probably just try a different property owner.

Family Spring Break

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we lucked out with booking this property. The short walk to the beach made it super convenient, the fenced in yard for our dogs was such a bonus, and the pool, while super chilly, was perfect for the kids. We would highly recommend this property and this beach to our friends

Very cute beach house great location 5 min walk to beach with private pool. Was nice, clean, comfortable beds, photos as advertised with the yard and pool enjoyed by all including pets! The rental company responded to all my questions prior and during stay immediately. Great experience!

New year get away

House was in a great location in a nice quiet neighborhood . It is walkable to the beach or just a short car ride. Great fenced in backyard and nice poolHouse was perfect for our family for a week of sun, beach, and relaxation. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay at Eagles Nest

Eagles Nest was perfect for us. More space than we needed for just the long weekend. It was clean and as depicted in the listing. Well lit bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and large master suite. The beds were comfortable and the TVs had Direct TV. We enjoyed the private pool. We will choose to stay here again when visiting the Gulf Shores area.

Should've paid attention to other reviews. Location is great, but the house is run-down. Appliances are old (washer/dryer) or in need of repair (fridge) Floors & carpets needed cleaning. Stuff scattered around the yard & under house. Yard (dog poop) needs cleaned up.

Great place for family minor imperfections.

We had a great time with family . Pool was a plus . Short walk to beach access . Only dislike was MOLD in living room and master bedroom , pretty bad . Other dislike was , you would expect at $340 a night , better than the cheapest 1ply toilet tissue money can buy , bring your own , that was unbelievable. No handrail at entrance upper doorway for handicapped .

Loved our stay

The checkin process was perfect. We have no complaints. Love the location. Home was super clean. Pool was a great bonus. We used it everyday. The beach was clean, short distance from home, and the water was perfect. Definitely would recommend.

Misleading

The pictures of the house must be extremely dated. When we arrived the carpet, yes carpet at a beach house, was disgusting. It was stained throughout the house. The property manger did not response to concerns about there being two poisonous snakes found alive on the patio and in the outdoor shower area. Luckily we discovered instead of my puppy or child. We also had an ant infestation and frog infestation with the small lap pool having upwards of 20-30 frogs at night which is probably contributing to the snakes. There was significant water damage and need for painting throughout the property. The guest room also only had a full size bed vs queen as described in the booking. I have always been confident in my bookings but this was truly a disappointment.
