This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

This home comfortably accommodates guests with three bedrooms, all located on the second level, and plenty of additional sleeping options. The primary and second bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. The primary bedroom opens up to a private balcony facing the lagoon, offering gorgeous lagoon views and a peaceful retreat. On the third floor, the laundry room includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests, and the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 16, 2026
Beginning September 16, 2026, construction of a second vacation home is scheduled to take place on the same property as Sweet Tea. The new home will be located south of Sweet Tea, between the existing home and West Beach Boulevard. Construction is expected to continue for approximately eight months.

Construction activity is currently scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week. During these hours, guests should expect varying levels of construction-related activity, which may include noise from machinery and power tools, workers on-site, construction vehicles and equipment, material deliveries, dust, and other temporary disturbances associated with an active residential construction project. The type and intensity of work may vary throughout the construction period.

Because the new residence will be constructed on the south/Gulf-facing side of Sweet Tea, some Gulf views may be affected or partially obstructed as construction progresses, and guests may experience reduced privacy on portions of the property facing the construction area.

Construction schedules, hours, and the nature of the work being performed are subject to change due to weather, scheduling, permitting, or other circumstances outside of Young's Suncoast's control.

Guests booking Sweet Tea during this construction period should do so with the understanding that construction activity and associated disturbances may occur during their stay. Refunds, rate adjustments, relocations, or other compensation will not be provided due to construction-related noise, activity, view changes, or other associated inconveniences.
