BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great views and convenient location
The town home was beautifully decorated, easy to get to, lots of amenities and right on the beach. Our family loved every minute of our stay. We had a small problem with a balcony door lock upon arrival, but that was promptly taken care of and communication with the property management company was fantastic! We made a great choice to stay here. Would highly recommend this property!

Gulfside Townhomes was clean, comfortable, and has fantastic, direct access to the beach and pool.
My wife and I enjoyed our babymoon down at Gulfshores. Gulfside Townhomes was an amazing experience! The property was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The beach was pristine, with private access as well as available beach umbrellas and chairs. Highly recommend walking down the beach to Bahama Bobs for a shrimp Po Boy and a Mudslide!
If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and amenity-rich beach getaway, this is the place to be!

Beautiful views! Direct access to beach with white sugary sand, clear water and lifeguard. Pool was large, 9 ft deep and clean! Condo was clean with all necessary kitchen and linen amenities. Great access to multiple beach activities and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will be staying again!

We had a great vacation. We actually stayed at this same property 13 years ago and the updates were great. Bathrooms are a little small but workable. We enjoy having the ocean and sand at our footsteps. The pool was a good size and was clean. The bed in the master room was really hard and the TV in the master was difficult to work but those are nit picky things. All of the appliances were very new and the kitchen is truly fully stocked. I would highly recommend this place. We had a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and it was perfect for us because two of our kids are little.

Great Location and Beach Access
We enjoyed a relaxing week and stay at the condo. The location was great with a 1 minute walk to the beach which was a very quiet area. The condo itself was nice and had the amenities needed. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed evening swims. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Overall I would recommend it and will stay again if we head back down to Gulf Shores.

Excellent property for first visit to Gulf Shores!
This was our family's first time using VRBO, so we were going in with a bit of hesitancy on property selection. Needless to say, we LOVED this property. With being on the beach and also having a pool, our family enjoyed the best of both worlds. Lots of conveniences near by (grocery, restaurants, etc.). Condo/unit itself was amazing with updates and all of the necessities for a week-long stay. Definitely will return in the future!

Buyer beware!!!!!
I wondered why a Property management company was on VRBO advertising. But since it was last min we didn't have much to choose from... never again!
Property was disgusting. Pics were like 3 years old. The kitchen was left dirty, dishes with food, pot holders had food caked on them too, the dishwasher falls out of the frame when you open the door, fridge barely worked felt like my food was going to go bad, there was ROACHES, the walls needed painted 3 years ago too, master bed room doesn't lock, bathroom door doesn't lock or even shut, hair all over the shower walls, I don't think the shower was touched, twin beds under master bed and spare bed were impossible to get out, towels felt like sand paper and were as big as a hand towel, everything provided was the cheapest thing. There is a strict rule about calling to complain about cleaning within 12 hours.. well that's in the middle of the night and we drove 12 hrs, but I called to just let them know everything going on after I saw the roaches. The manager was a jerk told me I was LYING. Worst I mean WORST company I've EVER dealt with. I wasn't asking for anything I was providing feedback. Things would've went a lot smoother if Bob just would've listened and fixed the problem after us.. I heard they switched owners and haven't been the same since. Just think before you rent!

The property was perfect for us. Lots of space for the kids. Clean and comfortable. The location is great, the beach is amazing and the pool is quite large and clean. Perfect place for those Alabama first timers.
We would stay at this property again. We would also rent from Beachball Properties at this location or another. Easy to work with all around.

We all loved it!!
This place is exactly as pictured!! We got to watch dolphins from the balconies which was amazing. There were 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby and we had plenty of room!! The place was right on beach which made it super easy getting the kids to and from the beach. The pool was super nice too…I would definitely recommend this place and we would most definitely stay here again!!

Stylish & Comfortable townhouse
This townhouse was not the ideal size for our family of 7 but was all we could find over the Fourth at an affordable price. That being said, it was very comfortably outfitted. We especially appreciated the many racks of hooks in all the rooms. Beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed and plenty of pillows were provided. The kitchen was well appointed, but a couple of the skillets need replacing. The parking right under the unit was nice with space for 2 vehicles,one in front of the other, and there’s plenty of room to leave all your beach stuff there also. but hauling all your belongings up the long flight of stairs is not for anyone with mobility problems. The keypad to lock & unlock is unlike most keypads. The rental company should explain the correct way to use it to renters instead of waiting for complaints as noted in other reviews. The TV service was not great. Something called Pluto TV. It did not always work and screen would freeze up. This is a smaller complex & family friendly. Also liked that the beach area for this complex was not taken up by permanent rental chairs & umbrellas.
