Colony Club also provides easy access to popular attractions including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, OWA Amusement Park, and Tanger Outlets. The Foley Events Center and Sports Complex, along with the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Sportses, are only a short drive away, ensuring convenience for those traveling for sports tournaments in the region.

This welcoming residence offers all the comforts of home and more! The spacious living room is adorned with beautiful coastal decor and supple, plush furniture to provide a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere for your stay. A cable-enabled Smart TV with streaming options is provided for your entertainment needs.

The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests and is conveniently adjacent to the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals for your loved ones. Step outside onto your private balcony, conveniently located just off the living room, to savor your favorite beverage as you witness an evening sunset.

The lofty King suite features a plush mattress and crisp linens to support peaceful and rejuvenating rest. The private bath offers a shower/tub combo for your comfort and convenience. The guest room is furnished with a comfortable full-size and a recliner. The guest bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway adjacent to the bedroom.

High-speed internet is provided throughout, ensuring connectivity during your stay. Additionally, for your convenience, a full-size washer & dryer are available for your laundry needs.

Parking Passes are required and must be purchased at the Club House located at the Hwy 59 Entrance for $25 each (limit 2). This pass will be for your entire stay, not daily.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between October through the end of February. Monthly Rentals are Booked Direct only.
