We rented this condo for a trip to celebrate my daughter coming home after being gone with the Military for 317 days! We drove after picking her up in South Carolina, we had to pit stop in GA and then in Montgomery, we finally arrived a little before midnight! “Check in” was super easy, handed the guard our form for parking passes and that was it! Door Code was already sent prior. It was late and dark when we arrived so to wake up and see the beach and grounds in daylight was a nice surprise. The view of the beach was awesome! The condo was stocked with what we needed until we could get to the store. There is also vending onsite. The keurig did not work properly which was a little aggravating but we managed! Half of the outlets didn’t work but being a holiday weekend, I didn’t want to call and bother anyone! It was both bathroom outlets and the outlet by the sink in dining area. Probably a tripped breaker/easy fix. The beach wagon and chairs were great..there wasn’t an umbrella but we went and got one and left it there along with two low sitting beach chairs! There was a strong smell of “old wet smoky wood” but I put some dryer sheets out and it helped! Overall we enjoyed it very much just a few minor things that could improve but would definitely recommend and stay again! I loved how close the beach was and as soon as you step off the boardwalk the water is right there! You can rent chairs too! Pools and amenities were great as well as beds! Hope to be back soon!
