As you enter Cottage D, you’re welcomed by an inviting open-concept living space, thoughtfully decorated with coastal flair. The cozy living area features plush seating, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from a quick breakfast to a seafood feast. Prefer to cook outdoors? Head downstairs to the Blackstone grill and bar area, where you can grill up your favorites while catching a football game. An ice maker is also available to keep your coolers stocked for beach days.

This cottage comfortably sleeps 10 guests across four beautifully designed bedrooms:
Two master suites with king-sized beds offer a private retreat.
Two additional bedrooms each feature a twin-over-queen bunk bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Wake up and step onto your private balconies, available on both levels, where you can sip morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Outside, take a short stroll to the community pool just steps from your door, or head to the beach, easily accessible with a pedestrian crosswalk, traffic light, and public restroom facilities nearby. Or walk to dinner or treat the family to ice-cream at one of the many places within walking distance. Plus, with an EV charger on-site, you can keep your electric vehicle powered up for local adventures.

*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
