***PLEASE NOTICE- As of Thursday, August 28, 2025, per Crystal Shores West HOA: Balcony railing repairs will begin October 27, 2025, and are expected to continue through January 2026. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This unit was perfect. It was exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, including a pizza pan and cutter. We spent all of out time on the beach, so I'm not sure how enjoyable the pool and spa are. The pool is divided into an inside and outside pool via hanging plastic separators. I thought this was a good idea, that I've never seen before. The gym was nice and overlooks beach. We did play a few games of pool one night and had a great time doing so. One downside is the freezer units do produce ice, but there wasn't much in there our entire stay. Ice isn't available on the property, so you will need to purchase a bag off site it needed.

Fantastic!

Property was clean and comfortable! Loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony every morning. Nice having washer and dryer after beach days as well. Parking pass was confusing, you receive 2 passes but they are not reserved spots so you can park in any spots with a reserved plaque on wall. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Condo with a beautiful beach view

We loved every bit of our stay and the condo was amazing. The condo is super clean and consisted of all the cookware we keep at home making our stay even better as we have a child with severe food allergies limiting our dine out opportunities. The beach view was one of a kind as every morning we would have our coffee on the balcony and spot dolphins in the water. Highly recommend this condo and would book here again!!

Awesome property

This condo was beautiful, nicely decorated and super clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool and I couldn’t get over how close to the beach we were; such a short walk! Couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Would recommend to others to bring coffee filters, sugar and salt if you’re going to need that.

This condo was perfect for our party of 4 adults….. it was conveniently located to everything we love the balcony, the beach the parking was easy… it was not really busy during our stay, so that was nice. We had no issues at all. The condo has everything you need. We definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and we will stay again.

Great Beach Getaway!

This condo in Crystal Shores West provides a great destination to hit the beach or explore the Gulf Shores area. The property is clean and well maintained. The beach adjacent to the property is very clean and walkable. The streets in the area are also very easy to walk or drive. There are many restaurants, shops and attractions nearby. My family and I had a great time at this property!

Spacious Condo in a great location!

We’re a family of four and loved the layout and size of this condo. It was clean, very well kept, and decorated nicely. The “makeup” towels were also a nice touch! Things I’ll add since it’s info I would be curious to know: There were two box fans in the closet - score! The beds were pretty high, but there were steps available for Littles. Awesome touch. The elevators were slow. There’s only two and there’s no airflow in them. Be prepared to wait. The condo is on the 4th floor, but there’s also two levels of parking prior to that. I was naive when I took the stairs ;-) There’s hardly a boardwalk because the ocean is only a few steps away! It was so nice not having to walk forever to get our stuff to the beach. Bonus points for the management. We had a minor need for assistance and management was quick to respond. Super bonus points for security. There were some guests who became intolerable in the pool and continued to break the rules. Security was quick to respond and ensured everyone stayed safe. Overall an amazing stay. My girls asked to “stay here every year!” Thanks for sharing your condo! We enjoyed ourselves!
