Our condo is managed by Pam Martin, REALTOR, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast, Orange Beach AL. No pets, no parties, no smoking, minimum age to book is 25. This luxury corner condo is located on the sugar white sand coastline of the Fort Morgan Peninsula. (It is 12.5 miles from Gulf Shores Highway 59. Please see the locator map.) This condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, and uncrowded beach, and a sparkling pool! Walk around the balcony and see the Mobil Bay, also! Amenities includes beach access, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, a game room, sauna & steam rooms, tennis courts, a playground, basketball courts, and seasonally, 4 different onsite dining options. Please see details below for access to the club's private amenities which includes a daily fee.
Avalon 310 is a corner unit which offers a balcony with a cool breeze coming around the corner on even the warmest days! The North balcony, which is accessed from the queen bedroom, provides a spectacular view of the inter-coastal waterway toward Mobile Bay.
Condo has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops and bar with stools. There is a king-size bed in the master, the second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed each, plus there is a sofa sleeper which is perfect for children. Each bedroom, privately, adjoins a full bath, plus a half bath located in the foyer area.
The bed, sofa and bath linens are furnished. Bring your beach towels for the beach. The "one day" supply of basic items are in the condo for your convenience and includes: one roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 clothes washing pods, and one garbage bag for the kitchen and one roll of tissue, two shampoo/condition and a bar of personal size bath soap per full bathroom. The Dollar General Store is located just 7 miles away if you forgot something!
AMENITIES INFO: Without paying an additional fee you will have access to the sparkling Avalon pool and hot tub and you may patron the fine dining restaurant, "The Coast" with a spectacular Gulf view from The Clubhouse second floor (Seasonally) or "The Hide Away" bar and grill on the North side of the resort and you may patron the salon and spa located on the first floor of "The Clubhouse". Seasonally, there is a tram for free rides around the resort. Also, seasonally, beach rentals are available through The Clubhouse, which includes parasailing, kayaks, water rides and more, but fees apply for each item. You may use the charcoal grills located on The Clubhouse lawn and the playground, which is available for your enjoyment. Seasonally, food trucks and live music is available near the entrance of the property and provides a more casual dining option.
If you would like to access "The Club's Private Amenities" which includes an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, tiki bar and grill, children activities and tennis courts, a daily fee of approximately $45 per day, which covers everyone in your party, per day, for the days you choose. The fee decreases slightly for each additional day. There is a special rate for monthly winter guests.
