This 10th floor 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo will be just what you need for your trip to Gulf Shores. Enjoy the gulf breeze from the private corner balcony facing the sugar white sands. The comfort of the living room will have you fully relaxed where time just passes by. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals. There is a picnic style table that seats 8 comfortably with two extra barstools on the end. The natural sunlight will beam in from the windows throughout the living and dining areas. In case you need more sleeping space there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Boardwalk 1081 can sleep up to 10 people comfortably.The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a door leading to the private gulf facing balcony. The master bath has a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also has 2 twin over twin bunk beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
