***Painters will start painting entry doors on Monday, February 23rd. They will start work at 8:00 am and work until approximately 5:30 pm. Two crews will be working. One crew will start on the 18th floor and work down, while the other crew will start on the 2nd floor and work their way up. Doors will have to be left propped open for approximately 3-4 hours while drying. There will be sanding involved in this project, so it will be noisy at times. The whole project is expected to take a month to complete. Dates subject to change.***

Blue Horizon is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo in the Sanibel complex. Incredible Gulf and Little Lagoon views from the west corner of the 14th floor. Located just across the street from the beach, with public beach access on 13th Street, only 100 yards away!

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

• Living room has access to the Gulf-facing balcony

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with dining table that seats six and three bar stools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living room has a queen sofa sleeper

• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, attached bathroom, and access to Lagoon-facing balcony

• Second primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom

• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom accessible from the hall.
(*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)

Check-In & Parking:

• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• A maximum of three cars allowed. Parking passes must be purchased on-site at the 2nd-floor office: $35 each plus tax

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
