Every detail at Just Piddling is designed with groups in mind. The main level offers an elevator for convenience, an extra refrigerator, and a handy cart for luggage and groceries.

The second floor provides a cozy secondary living area complete with a sectional sofa, TV and kitchenette — perfect for multi-generational families or kids needing their own space.

Upstairs, the third floor serves as the hub of the home, featuring a chef-inspired kitchen with dual refrigerators, dual dishwashers, stainless steel appliances, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Gather around the massive island for family meals or unwind in the living area that opens to a 500 sq. ft. covered balcony with sunset views. A half bathroom and the first of two laundry rooms are located on this level for guests convenience

- Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Two twin bunks, one twin-over-full bunk with 1 trundle, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo (sleeps 8)
- Bedroom 5 (3rd Floor): King bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo
- Bedroom 6 (3rd Floor): King bed, TV, private ADA-compliant bath with roll-in shower

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

RISK
Guest acknowledges that beaches, bays, docks, piers, pools, and waterfront areas are inherently dangerous and assumes all related risks, known or unknown, when renting a vacation rental home.
