****SEAWIND ELEVATOR REFURBISHMENT WILL BEGIN END OF OCTOBER 2025 AND MAY EXTEND THROUGH APRIL 2026. THIS MEANS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WILL BE IN OPERATION FOR OUR BUILDING. WE ARE ON THE 5TH FLOOR WITH PARKING GARAGE ACCESS AT THE 3RD FLOOR. LOW CAPACITY SEASONS SHOULD NOT BE GREATLY AFFECTED******
Enjoy this newly remodeled gulf front 3BR/2BA condo conveniently on the 5th floor, just a few doors down from the elevator. Watch the soothing ocean waves on the spacious balcony or from the reclining couches in your living area. Beach chair rental is included for stays between March 1 and October 31st. Details will be included in your welcome email.
Seawind is located directly on the beach, and is one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores. You will be within walking distance to all of Gulf Shores' main attractions, including Sea & Suds (practically in your back yard), Pink Pony, The Hangout, the Gulf State Fishing Pier, along with hot dogs, ice cream, and numerous surf shops. If you are wanting adventure, the jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rentals is next door. You never have to get in your car!
Enjoy hanging out on the property with your choice of amenities including the indoor/outdoor pool (heated in the cooler months), a wading pool with sprinklers for the kids' enjoyment, a sauna, gym, hot tub, and outdoor grilling area. Also, Seawind provides onsite management and security that patrols the building for added security.
If you want to leave the beach, miniature golf, dolphin cruises, bowling, ferry trips, golf, and fishing are just some of the fun to be had during you vacation. With arcades, a zoo, a water park, amusement parks and more you’ll find enjoyable activities for the entire family.

Our host, Renee was superb-quick to respond to any questions. The condo was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, comfortable sofas with lovely decor. Condo was close to several great restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view of the gulf. We definitely will be back.Thanks Renee, for your wonderful hospitality.

Parking spaces in the garage are tight! The surf shop across the street is also a food market. Rooms are quiet. Host was always available via text message. Will return.

Overall. it was a great experience. House keeping did a nice job, but there were a few items that could have been more clean. One elevator being down was difficult for a lot of visitors. but thankfully being on the 5th floor was manageable and it was fixed promptly.

We had a small problem while trying to change a ceiling light bulb. I called and the problem was taken care of within the hour. Rooms were very nice and clean. Beach chair and umbrella was included which was great. Very nice guys who set the chairs also.

We have visited Gulf Shores every summer for the past 14 years. This condo is officially at the top of the list. It was clean and they thought of everything including rugs by the bed and in the bathroom which is often overlooked in rentals. Out of all the condos we have rented, I truly appreciated the list of TWO expectations (one of which was to enjoy our vacation). Often places have SO many things that they expect you to do before you leave, that it ends up not being a vacation. Not only did we truly enjoy our stay in this condo, but appreciated getting to feel like we were actually on vacation! The chair rental being included is a kind and considerate touch that many places do not include. Overall, this condo is amazing, and we appreciate it for the gem it is.

AMAZING place!!

We stayed as a family with a toddler and could not be happier with the space, very family friendly (and very neat-no things laying around for toddler to get into). The location is amazing. Contacted the host during our stay about a water drainage issue in the shower, host is VERY responsive and issue was fixed in no time! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Gulf Shores experience

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we were thrilled with our trip. We loved the condo, it was comfortable and in a great location right on the beach. We could be on the huge balcony and see the dolphins swimming by. We would recommend this spacious unit to families with small kids and larger groups alike. We will definitely be back.

Needs Maintenance!

Overall this property was average at best. Cooking utensils were very worn. Trash on balcony when we arrived. Furnished poorly with basics of toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. The covers on the balcony chairs is torn and needs replacement.

Family vaca

The condo was very nice and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded very quickly. My son list his wallet upon arrival and love that the property had security for it to be turned into. This was what we needed to end the summer!
