The dining area seats 6 with an additional 4 at the bar, and the sleeper sofa provides extra flexibility. IMPORTANT NOTES

You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings between the dates of March 24 through mid-April. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property, and workers may be present outside of unit balconies. You may close your drapes if added privacy is desired while workers are present. As a result of the swing stages, the outdoor pool will be closed during this time period.
