The main floor centers on a sprawling great room lined with windows that frame views of the beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and Little Lagoon. The kitchen is built for entertaining, with 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a coffee bar with both drip and Keurig makers, and generous counter and storage space. Next to it sits a pantry and bar area with an undercounter beverage fridge, an ice maker, and plenty of room for extra storage and drink prep. Combined with a full set of dishes and utensils, the kitchen is ready to handle meals for a large group. The dining table seats 14+, and the breakfast bar adds seating for 6 more. The living room rounds out the space with comfortable seating and a 75" smart TV. This level also includes 2 King bedrooms with en suite baths, a laundry room, and a powder room.

Upstairs, 4 more bedrooms await: 2 King rooms and 2 rooms with double Queens plus a daybed, each with a private bath and direct access to the beachfront porch. A bunkroom with custom XL Twin built-ins sleeps 4 and is served by an adjacent full hall bath. This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
