This lovely second-floor studio is ideally situated right across the street from the beach! You'll love the trendy aesthetic, from the adorable nautical decor to the shabby chic furnishings. The stylish kitchenette features a modern backsplash and all the basics you need to whip up a quick bite, including a two-burner electric stovetop, stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bar seating area has room for four to enjoy a snack or your freshly-brewed morning coffee.

After a fun day of surf and sand, you'll be grateful to return home and kick back with some cable on the flatscreen TV in the cool comfort of the partial air conditioning and ceiling fan. If you prefer to travel light, rest easy knowing you'll have access to a shared washer/dryer.

The bed was not comfortable. The hot water did not work and we had to message to get it fixed and then they informed us it would be shut off completely for maintenance the following day of our stay.

Room was clean and in a great location. Check in and check out process was easy to navigate and all instructions were communicated clearly through both the app and text messaging. Only complaint would be of the kitchen. There is no oven and the sink is really tiny so it made it hard to do dishes when we did decide to cook and eat in. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend this property and book again.

Unclean room & poor communication with property management

The location of the room couldn’t be more perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and the beach was directly across the street from the beach. The downfall is the building and room were absolutely filthy and smelled awful. It was so bad that I had to go buy cleaning products, air fresheners, new pillows, bedding and towels. The hot water went out for two days and I couldn’t get the property maintenance on the phone to come out and fix it. I was on hold for an hour and no one contacted me back until the next afternoon after I had checked out and told me they didn’t have time and called a plumber to look at it. It was an extremely disappointing stay. One of the reasons we booked was because of the reviews and those were very misleading.

This room was perfect! Our host was amazing! They went above and beyond. The check in process was easy, our room was clean, and it had all the amenities. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. The a/c works! We stayed cool when coming back from being out in the heat! This location is perfect. It’s right across from the beach and the hangout. It’s in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, and much more! I loved our stay here! We will be back!!

Location was perfect. Walk to beach and shopping. The room was tiny tho. It says sleeps 4. But max 3 normal size people. The futon folds out to maybe a little bigger than twin bed. For the price in the area it was good stay for the most part.

Great Location to Everything

Everything was decorated beautifully. Upon entering the room, there was a musty odor. I highly suggest plug ins. My husband and I walked over to dollar general and purchased air fresheners to sit around and some spray. I left these to keep the room smelling good in between guest stays. I would highly recommend investing in a Keurig Coffee Pot. Those are more popular these days. Kitchen was stocked, but could’ve used a couple more cooking pots. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to our next visit.

Beware of POA arbitrary enforcement

Second stay at Beachview. First time with Vacasa. Nicole is great, handled the complaints regarding soiled bed comforter and shower that was holding water while showering. The property management, Shoreline and the Home owner's association, should take note from her. Home owners association has final say, over VRBO and Vacasa and were responsible for my rental vehicle being towed, despite having the parking pass displayed. The standard practice is to allow vehicles that fit, cars, vans, small trucks and the likes, at one point even full size SUV. There is a sign that says cars park under garage, trucks in the north lot, however all vehicle types are parked and no issues with passage or the ability of emergency vehicles to get through. During my second stay, the on-site home owners association member or representative watches the camera system and allowed to make a decision to tow vehicles that she personally does not like, whether it is the vehicle or the operator, I am unsure, as I could not get her to speak with me regarding her reason for towing. John with Shore line refused to contact me back, only claiming he would reach out to the tow company, but could not guarantee the POA president would speak with me, only to not call back at all. The property is decent, bed is comfortable and issues will likely be addressed quickly, however, if you do not resemble the on site personnel or their family or people of their likes, you may endure additional vacation stress and cost.

Fortunately our stay was only for two nights. Had brought quick and easy breakfast to pop in the toaster bust toaster didn't work at all. I plugged in my phone before going to sleep to wake up to an almost dead battery because the outlet did nothing. Outlet on the wall near small couch also didn't charge my friend's phone. The chair in the room is absolutely disgusting and I really just wanted to move it to the hall so we didn't have to look at it or get tempted to sit on it. Would have liked to use the blow dryer but it is under the sink TOUCHING the toilet brush so no thank you, wish I had brought my own. Every single shower taken by the four of us was horrible due to 2 inches of standing water and no sufficient drainage - gross! The "double" bed is actually a small fold out couch which has bars running through it that made it almost impossible for my friend to be able to sleep on it. In no way would that have slept two people. The pictures on listing are kind of misleading making you think this is larger than it actually is. In no way is this room suitable for 4 people and should not be listed as such. As I said, fortunately this was a 2 night stay and not any longer or we would have ended up miserable. I guess fine if all you plan to do is sleep. Upsides are decorated cute, short walk to the beach, didn't deal with any loud noise, walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Very central location. Really Small. Good for a short stay. No closet hangers. No dresser. No water pressure. Walls are thin. Steps can be treacherous. O.K. if you are staying a couple of days. Cheap price. How about Beach towels and chairs?

Anniversary getaway

Nice little place. Everything was clean & we enjoyed our stay. We walked to the beach every day & dinner every night. There's multiple restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Only issue we had was the water pressure was not that great, but it's not thst big of a deal.
