  • Ce condo en coin de style caribéen entièrement rénové de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain offre une vue incroyable sur le golfe et l'accès à votre grand balcon depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le nouveau revêtement de sol (les pièces à vivre sont carrelées et les chambres recouvertes de moquette) font de ce condo de 1 965 pieds carrés le favori des locataires.

    Cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.

    Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation et une grande salle de bain principale avec bain à remous et douche séparée.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall we were happy with our stay and would stay here again. My only two complaints were that the water took a long time to get hot if it did at all and that the dryer had to be run multiple times to get our clothes dry. It may be time to replace with updated washer/dryer. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. SeaChase is great and the only place I plan on staying when visiting Orange Beach in the future.

Only complaint, it’s time for owner to think about purchasing a new mattress for master bedroom. I felt like I was down in a little hole that fit someone else’s body.

Orange Beach Vacation - Great Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, well kept, and had just about everything we needed. Just a couple of things about the accommodations. There wasn't a lot of information about the grilling area on line and when we got there, we were a little surprised that there is only 2 grills for this building and located in the parking lot area. Just make a note if you plan to do any grilling - you might have to wait. The other issue was that the washing machine nor the dryer did not work well. That was problem as we all packed a small amount of clothes for the week. I did call maintenance twice and both times all I got was "we'll send somebody to look at it". As far as I know, nobody ever came. Overall it was a really nice place and great location! We would definitely consider renting again.

Spacious and Nicely Decorated End Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: This unit is nice overall with plenty of room and a good view of the gulf. Furniture is in good condition and the unit is nicely decorated. The appliances were nice and clean and we enjoyed having the icemaker for our drinks and coolers. The bad: The cleanliness of the unit was definitely lacking in some areas. We found a pack of cigarettes on top of the refrigerator, some moldy spots in the shower curtain and on the floor under the seat in the master bathroom shower, drink bottles under one of the beds, someone's life jacket in a bedroom closet, someone's hair dryer in a bathroom drawer, a hair tie in the toothbrush holder, a random pencil on the kitchen countertop, and the a/c vent above the kitchen was very dusty. We also noticed one bedroom had a bracket still in the ceiling for a smoke detector, but there was not a smoke detector in it. Also note, that if a view of the pool is important to you, you cannot see the pool from this unit. We experienced some frustrations with the east tower itself. The tower only has 2 elevators and one of them was down the entire time we were there. We were not notified about this beforehand. From what we were told, the elevator was down the week before as well. There was a large generator parked in the loading/unloading area the entire time as well. Once we arrived, there were no carts to be found, so the tower could definitely use more carts. These issues with the tower made it difficult to load and unload especially with a 9:00 AM check out time. With all of that being said, we would stay here again, but as mentioned, we would like to see a little more attention to detail with the cleaning and maybe we just caught the east tower at a bad time with the generator out there and the elevator being down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's dcorated perfectly and our family of 7 really enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. In fact, this condo has the best bathroom set up of any that we've stayed in at Seachase. Also, something that is not listed is that there is an extra pull out sofa bed in the master bedroom. This proved useful when the two children no longer wanted to share a bed. The only negative is that the management company, in an attempt to help the previous guest, mistakenly took apersonal pillow because the previous person had left a pillow there. It was an honest mistake, however when we went to the main office the next day to see if we could get it back, no one there seemed care. They did apologize, but it seemed insincere and no one else ever contacted us about it. We had to go target (just what you want to do on vacation) to buy a replacement pillow. But really, the flippant attitude that we received at the office was the only downside of our vacation. The condo itself is wonderful, and we otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very nice.

Balcony: vertical railing is spaced too far apart for small children. Condo next to us installed wire mesh for safety. Also some floor tiles were missing. Kitchen freezer couldn’t keep ice cream firm. Master bedroom door to toilet needs to open “outward” for more room inside.
