Welcome to our newly renovated, charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath house in a older neighborhood in Gulf Breeze/Midway/Tiger Point. Best house on the block, with a spacious yard and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect home away from home for your next vacation. We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're delighted to welcome your furry friends to our property. The Orange Door Retreat is a pet-friendly destination.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy full beds. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in total.

The house showcases a fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, or take the festivities outdoors to the spacious yard. Our pet-friendly policy ensures that all members of your group can enjoy a memorable getaway together. (There is $100 pet fee per stay. Please add your pet as a guest to your reservation.)

🧳THINGS TO BRING:
The home is stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and bath towels.
We provide a starter kit with:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom,
1 roll of paper towels,
2 trash liners,
1 laundry soap packet,
1 dish detergent pod (under the kitchen sink).
For longer stays, you may need to restock these items.
Bring or purchase your own soap, shampoo, and other essentials.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $45 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
