Welcome to your Surrey home-from-home! Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this bright and modern two-bedroom house is a lovely spot to switch off, settle in and enjoy your stay, whether you’re here for a quick getaway, a family visit or a few weeks.



The Space:

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining area gives everyone plenty of room to relax together. Put your feet up after a busy day, enjoy a leisurely dinner or make yourself comfortable with a film in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy self-catering, whether you’re whipping up a full Sunday roast or simply opening a bottle of wine — and yes, we remembered the corkscrew!



Head upstairs and you’ll find two comfortable double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Comfy beds (one that can be split into two singles) are ready for a good night’s sleep, while the powerful “whooshy” shower is perfect for waking you up in the morning or refreshing after a long day exploring.



The readily available Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, whether you’re streaming, scrolling or working remotely, and on-street parking makes coming and going nice and simple.



The house is a great base for exploring Surrey and the surrounding area, while still giving you a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day. It works equally well for families, couples, professionals or anyone needing somewhere comfortable for a longer stay.

Once your reservation is confirmed, the Smarter Rent team will ask for a few additional guest details, including a copy of your ID, and for you to sign our Smarter Rent Agreement covering the house rules. We’ve introduced these simple processes over time to help us maintain a great standard across our homes and make sure your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
