Walk to the river for a swim or float, explore Guerneville and Sonoma Wine Country, then come home for cornhole, BBQs and a soak beneath the trees. The fully equipped kitchen including a drip cofee pot, makes vacation meals easy, with a large dining table that doubles as a gathering spot for dinners and game nights. Step outside to the deck, fire up the gas BBQ and enjoy a relaxed meal surrounded by the redwoods.

The sunny, fully fenced yard is one of Villa Mimosa’s biggest highlights. After a day on the Russian River, rinse off in the outdoor shower, start a cornhole match or relax in the private hot tub. Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner on the outdoor dining deck, then gather around the gas fire table as evening settles into the redwoods. It’s an especially convenient setup for guests bringing dogs, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy together.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is fully fenced and enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

Max occupancy: 6 adults / up to 8 with small children (under 3) — NO drop-in guests — NO parties — NO large gatherings
Parking: 3 cars in driveway (rear alley access)
Dog friendly — $125 per dog — yard enclosed — crate required if unattended
Outdoor quiet hours 9PM–9AM (Sonoma County rule)
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
