« This was a gem in the forest. After the Uber driver dead-ended in a dirt parking area surrounded by a dense bamboo trees we had our doubts we were in the right place. A very short correction we were at a gate to a very nice roomy parking area and a nice new looking building with a very pleasant entry. From the start we were blown away by how nice this 68 room hotel was. Nestled at the entry to a park with pretty views of the city and mountain hiking trails. It was modern roomy and very clean....

« Sweetest and most helpful people ever. Im usually stay at Marriotts but decided to try this place out. The rooms are definitely not a marriott, but the hospitality and kindness of the workers made up for it. Grateful to have stayed at a great property with such kind workers. »

« I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all...

« 飯店在1棟老舊建築物6樓，感覺附近的出入有點複雜，好像混合著聲色場所，付費的地下停車場B2很髒沒有電梯直達, 要先走樓梯到B1，從B1搭電梯到一樓，出去後要右轉再找另外一個搭往樓上飯店的電梯，隱藏在小吃攤裡面非常不明顯，進去有很濃的KTV味道，大廳和公共空間的地毯很多污漬，服務人員很友善，但是我們分配到的第一個房間床單上有小虱子，服務人員幫我們換了另一個房間比較小，但看起來乾淨許多。衛浴很乾淨，熱水很舒服，但是到廁所衛浴要爬上一個大階梯有點麻煩，我們訂四人房卻只給我們兩套毛巾，杯子和礦泉水。整體印象不太好，但服務人員都非常的敬業有禮貌。 »
