Welcome to your home base in Sea Ranch. This 3-bedroom, 2-full-bath house sleeps up to 6 and puts you within walking distance of Gualala’s supermarket and restaurants, with quick access to the Gualala Bluff Trail and river.



The Space:

Settle into an easygoing, coastal escape with room for up to six guests across three private bedrooms and two full baths. The living areas are designed for downtime—stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, break out the board games, or step outside to the garden-style backyard for fresh air.

Outdoors, you’ll find seating for morning coffee or evening chats and a BBQ grill for simple cookouts. Dogs are welcome with a paid pet fee. It’s a relaxed, practical home base for exploring Sea Ranch and nearby Gualala.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.

• Yard: Not fenced in.

• Beach access: There is no direct beach access from the home.

• Stairs: The house has stairs to backyard; please see photos for reference.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Smart TV: Streaming is available—please use your personal accounts.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• This home does not come with a washer and dryer.
