The Space:
Guadalajara moves at its own rhythm - unhurried mornings, warm afternoons, and evenings that pull you toward the streets. This three-bedroom condo gives you a calm, light-filled base to return to: open, comfortable, and designed to support however you choose to spend your time in the city.
Living space
The condo's open layout lets natural light travel freely through the living and dining areas, keeping the space feeling airy throughout the day. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and the dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive without giving up comfort. A TV anchors the living area for evenings spent unwinding, while the overall atmosphere lends itself to slowing down and settling in.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, each set up for genuine rest. Room-darkening shades create a peaceful sleeping environment, while clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets make the space feel considered for stays of any length. A safe is also available for storing valuables. Three bathrooms mean morning routines stay smooth, no matter how many people are sharing the space.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook at your own pace - refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and a mini fridge. Barbecue utensils are available for those wanting to fire up the grill. The dining table pulls everything together as a central spot to share a meal, catch up on work, or linger over takeout from somewhere nearby.
Entertainment & family features
Beyond the everyday, the condo includes a ping pong table and pool table - great for a casual evening in. Families traveling with young children will find a crib, Pack 'n Play/Travel crib, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards already in place.
Bathroom
Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, and hot water - no need to pack the extras.
Amenities & building access
Arrival is handled entirely on your terms via a private entrance with keypad self check-in. The building has elevator access, and the condo itself is single level with no stairs inside. During your stay, you'll have access to a pool, gym, sauna, and resort access nearby. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available if you're arriving by car. A washer and dryer, luggage dropoff, cleaning available during stay, and long term stays allowed round out the practical side of things.

The condo sits in one of Guadalajara's most established areas, placing you close to the city's cultural energy, everyday conveniences, and a mix of local character that makes the city worth exploring on foot and beyond. A city skyline view adds a final, quiet layer to the experience.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. We regret to inform you that this unit does not allow access to the gym under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged.
