Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. There are no parking spaces. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. This property if INCONVENIENTLY located on the 3rd floor of an empty mall. Very eerily abandoned type situation only a few businesses open. Mall seems to be falling apart, quality of the 'tower' apartments are of bad quality you can tell it was built with cheapest materials, if you have a rental vehicle you need to pay for parking which was not disclosed, I tries cancelling my following 2 nights and they charged me the full 3 nights when the master bath

Very unresponsive host, limited toiletry items such as towels, hand and body soap. hand soap and shampoo were left over open containers. NO internet service could not remote work, had to buy a mobile sim card. Limited television over the air channels using a wire antenna that was left on by either the host or previous users of the apartment. Needed to take two different elevators at the location to reach apartment. 1st elevator worked sporadically had to take stairs to bring up luggage and groceries to the third floor were the location is for the second elevator. Did not get check in instructions via email until a few hours before check in time. Host portal did not work. I wish expedia/vrbo had a better vetting systems to check out and verify what the host are advertising. I reached out to vrbo on various occasions with limited support given other than the agents saying everything was ok not to worry. Family vacation for this trip was a negative due to the host and vrbo support.
