The maximum capacity includes both adults and children over 2 years old. It is important to adhere to this limit to avoid any issues upon arrival at the condominium.
Free Parking
Your reservation includes a dedicated parking space. Each unit has only one pre-assigned parking spot. The use of additional spaces is not allowed.
Please note that vehicle access for visitors or friends is not permitted within the complex.

During Your Stay
If you wish to have guests, please request permission in advance. Keep in mind that, according to the regulations of some condominiums, not all of our units allow visitor access, so it’s important to confirm beforehand.
The condominium amenities are not managed by Ratito, so any maintenance or usage rules are determined directly by the building.
The La Minerva area is currently undergoing renovations, so it’s possible that there may be nearby construction during your stay. These works mainly take place during the day and may cause some noise or minor traffic disruptions in the surroundings.
The cleaning fee covers only the cleaning before and after your stay. It does not include daily cleaning or the replacement of linens or towels during your visit.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals: plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and other basic utensils.
If you plan to explore the city, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear, as many of the most beautiful areas to visit—such as the Historic Center, Chapultepec, or Colonia Americana—are best enjoyed on foot. Additionally, the weather can be sunny during the day, so don’t forget sunscreen, sunglasses, and to stay hydrated.
