Under the radiant California sunshine, enjoy lounging on the deck, grilling on the barbecue, swimming in the community pool, or engaging in some playful competition over the tennis court or on-site golf course. Evenings outside pair perfectly with s'mores roasted over the firepit.

Inside, the warm wood finishes, stone fireplace, and comfortable furnishings will make you feel right at home. The living room boasts leather seating and a large TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The home's bedrooms are equally inviting with soft linens, tasteful decorations, and TVs. Children's games, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities.

Minutes from your stay, find yourself on the beach - indulging in a lake day or exploring the area's numerous trailheads and state forests.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
