Cabin near Lake, Pool, hiking, Yosemite

Fabulous mountain house with lots of parking all with easy access. Located on a quiet street in beautiful Pine Mountain Lake just 25 mins from the North gate of Yosemite off Hwy 120! 3 minutes away from Local Beaches, Championship Golf course, and “The Grill”. Our cabin sleeps 10! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus bonus room with pull-out sofa. Huge front and back deck (one for coffee and the other for dinner)!! Granite counters in the kitchen which include microwave, stove, fridge, & dishwasher!
The space
Our 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house has a brand new large front and back deck for your enjoyment. Has Central AC and Heat, fully Stocked kitchen.
2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 3 Sofabeds, we have extra pillows and sheets in the closets for your use.

The open space concept allows you to cook and spend time with family. We have a Keurig and a coffee maker.
TV in the upstairs living room and one downstairs (Netflix, Hulu, Disney streaming capabilities)

There is also a new foosball table, air hockey, dart boards & cornhole for your enjoyment during your stay.

All bathrooms are all equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, toilet paper and towels for your use.

The house opens to a beautiful brand new wood deck patio, with outdoor table seating. The brand new, stainless steel BBQ grill is available for you to use. We have BBQ utensils for your use.

Community amenities (seasonal) include swimming pools, boat rentals, pickleball/ tennis courts and hiking trails. We are 3 miles away from Dunn Court beach and just 2 miles away from the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course, The Grill and swim center.

Do you have an electric vehicle? There are Tesla charging stations right off of Main street and additional chargers for non- Tesla owners next to the library.
Kids can play in the park while you charge the vehicle or you can grab a coffee or bite to eat while you charge.
Guest access
Upon arrival, there is plenty of parking in the driveway. Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house including the garage. The garage is equipped with a dart board, foosball table and hockey table.

There is also an outdoor patio deck with dining table, seating and BBQ grill for your use
The fireplace is not for use at any time.
Other things to note
This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $42 (per car) Guest Permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance!
No loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings.

No excessive noise. Pine Mountain Lake community has quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM. If the police are called, we will have to ask you to leave the property without a refund.

Please do not smoke anywhere on the property. This includes the front and backyard. Any sign of smoking will result in a $1000 penalty.

The following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if found in violation of this rule.

We do not allow unverified guest(s) that are not part of the reservation. Only the amount of guests disclosed will be allowed in the property, unless we have given you written approval.
Any undisclosed guest will be charged $50 per night, for each additional guest.

Due to community rules, guests are not allowed to receive Mail, or any packages at our property.

We make every effort to keep our home in great working order. However, no compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity (PG&E has the authority to turn off power
