You will say WOW the moment you step foot in this newly remodeled waterfront home located in Woodard Hollow. Bring your lake toys we have private boat launch ramp and dock equipped with 6 PWC ports and sun /swim pad. No worries of heavy waves on the main channel - the dock is in a no wake cove.

2 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathroom sleeps 10 comfortably. Wake up in the morning and prepare breakfast in a gourmet kitchen with all the modern amenities. Expansive back deck with 180 degree views of the lake.

Summer Vacay with our Kids

The house is very nice with 3 nice bathrooms. It's updated, clean and has a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The patio was nice with plenty of seating. And the kids had fun jumping from the rope swing off the boat dock and floating on the lily pad. They also loved the pool table/ ping pong table. It had a gentle slope down to the dock, which we liked. The cove did get very crowded with boats on Saturday.

Great Lake Access

Great home for a family weekend at GLoC. Excellent lake access via dock and private boat ramp. Woodard Hollow is always one of the best coves on the lake for hanging with family and friends. We will be back.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Property was great for our friends and family getaway. Home was right on the water great location to all the on water amenities. Cleanliness of the home was as expected no complaints. Hosts were very attentive and helpful for all questions we had or when we needed anything. We will definitely save this as a favorite for our annual family getaway!

Amazing everything!!

This house could not have been more perfect for my friends and I, we had 6 of us and beyond plenty of space! The house is gorgeous and the property is spacious and had a lot of cool things to do while on the dock and outside. Would absolutely stay here again!! Super nice hosts and quick to respond! Oh and the rope swing 10/10!!

Awesome Location

The property location was fantastic! The house was clean had everything you needed, beds were comfortable and there was tons of room inside for family time. The ping pong table was a huge hit. My only complaint is neither grill outside worked and they were rusted out and in pretty bad shape. Def not safe to use. The outdoor patio furniture was pretty worn and needed a good clean. All in all we will come back for sure!

Awesome week

We enjoyed this property so much! The location is fantastic to run into Grove, find smooth water to water sport, and the best paddleboarding water around! We found the neighborhood a little too hilly to bike ride, and the cove is a magnet for party boats on Saturday...but those were our only dislikes! The house and deck are large enough for family to hang out and visit and play! The pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. Nancy was terrific to work with and quickly answered any questions we had! Would definitely stay again!

Our review

Property was great. Only thing we would recommend is to have the guests be able to adjust thermostat to there comfort settings. The stay was nice and the dock was perfect for the kids and family to swim. The dock had a boat slip for us to leave boat in and the ramp was next door which was great but a little tricky turning into. Overall we was very pleased with the location and house and btw the kitchen is amazing. The owners live next door which is a plus if you need anything. Thanks for the stay.

Awesome waterfront property !

Nice size home, A/C worked great ! Plenty of soaps, and misc. amenities . Beautiful backyard that leads to a waterfront dock, with plenty of shade. Landlord lives next door, so any issues can be addressed immediately . Although we did have a small misunderstanding with the unlocked garage, when using it as a short cut for unloading from the driveway. Other then that, the communication with the next door landlord was pretty good. Yes, I would definitely book again :) .

Great Lake Getaway

We could not have asked for a better lake getaway property. The house was just as described with a lot of entertaining space indoors and outdoors. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. The owner was so attentive and communicative throughout the stay. We rented a boat but in all honesty, it wasn’t needed. We had just as much fun with the swim pad tied off at the dock!

Worst experience ever!!!

Don't stay here!!! The owner kicked us out after being there for 4 hours because we wanted them to provide pool balls and level the pool table. They told us to leave their house and said they will not refund our money. We came to stay with our kids that just graduated high school before they head off to college. Worst VRBO experience ever. We have never been treated poorly in any stay until using this host. Do not recommend staying here ever. Plenty of houses available for less money and at least you aren’t misled into thinking you will have additional entertainment that isn’t usable. Very sad that they couldn’t just refund the money since we had to pack up everything we had brought within 4 hours of being there at their request for us to leave. We had to book a different stay location at 8:30 at night. which included service fees and cleaning fees for another location.

Perfect location!

Loved this location and house! We had fun fishing off the dock and swimming. Loved the back porch and ping pong table as well. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Check in check out a breeze and the owner was super fast to respond. We will go back!
