This vacation home has 3 bedrooms and a bonus/office room for comfortable sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and 2 dressers for plenty of drawer space. The master bath includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a small desk with a lightning compatible docking station. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, with generous closet space in each. The bonus room is a secondary living space with a smart TV that also has a queen bed. You won't find any futons or pull-out couches in this vacation home. There is an inflatable king-size mattress if you need an extra bed. The second full bath has a tub/shower combination.

The large kitchen includes a center island with bar stools. All the necessary conveniences, cookware, dishes, and linens, etc. are available for your use. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family sized dining table with plenty of seating and an additional table leaf. Off the dining area is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The primary living room has a 75” smart TV, large reclining couch, reclining love seat, and 2 additional reclining chairs. The youngsters will enjoy lounging in the bean bags.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes from Harps Grocery, Super Walmart and all the other conveniences that Grove has to offer including marinas, restaurants, golf courses, liquor stores, and casinos. Quail Ridge Golf course is just 5 minutes down the road and the Wolf Creek Marina (fishing tournament venue) is a mere 4 miles away.

Guests have full access to the home and property EXCEPT the two car garage and a locked owners/cleaners closet.

GUEST INFO:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. There is an external security camera on the front & back porch, none inside. Off street parking only, the large driveway can easily accommodate 3 vehicles in addition to 2 watercraft trailers. For guest safety, the rental property includes a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detectors.
