We booked two rooms in the same category, but one of them was incredibly small. The room on the fifth floor was tiny, and every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom got soaked—the shower curtain was practically useless and seemed purely decorative. There was also a spider hanging from the ceiling panel above the wardrobe for a long time, and it was never removed. The bed was unbelievably small and extremely cramped for two people, with virtually no space left around it. The fifth floor was also unbearably hot. In our other room, the cabinet under the washbasin was coming apart and sagging. We reported it to the staff, who said someone would come to repair it, but they only took a look and never actually fixed it. The room on the second floor was also extremely hot, and the air conditioning was completely ineffective. The hotel’s location is not particularly good either. It is next to a busy main road, and there were many homeless people and intoxicated individuals lingering nearby, which made the area feel rather unsafe, especially at night. The photos online are clearly much more flattering than the reality. Staying at this hotel genuinely had a negative impact on our trip and left us feeling very disappointed.
