The entire property features a bright, modern coastal theme, central air conditioning, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Main House – First Floor

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire property. This includes both floors of the main house, the detached cottage, and all outdoor spaces and amenities.
• Self check-in with a smart lock.
• Free private driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

We respect our guests` privacy to let you enjoy your vacation uninterrupted. However, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or local recommendations during your stay.

To ensure you have the best possible stay, please be aware of the property`s unique layout:

• The first and second floors of the main house are in the same building but are not connected internally. Access is via separate exterior doors located next to each other under a covered deck.
• The cottage is a separate, detached building next to the main house with its own private entrance.
• One of the queen bedrooms on the first floor of the main house is accessed from the exterior only.
No Smoking
Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
There are a total of three units on this property, two of the units are in the same house (one upstairs and one downstairs). The third unit is a stand-alone cottage.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
