On the main floor of the villa is the living space where the kitchen and living areas lead out to a covered outdoor patio facing the picturesque waterfront. There is also a powder room and laundry room for guests’ convenience on the lower level.

Upstairs are two beautifully spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies. The master suite overlooks the waterfront and has gorgeous sunsets while the second room has beautiful mountain views that get early morning sun and can be set up with two twin beds or a king-size bed. All bedrooms and living spaces are fully air-conditioned. The unit also comes with a boat slip that guests may use upon request. Guests also have their own designated parking space within the gated complex.
